Last week we noticed a few articles that referenced a Cornell study on review sites. Those articles inferred that, according to the study, if a new business starts off with bad online reviews, they’re doomed. That was not my take on the study, and it got me wondering how often a review site has had a large impact on a business – positive or negative.
We are interested in hearing from small business owners on this topic! We have a short and sweet survey for SMB’s to fill out and let us know their thoughts.
